The Beacon Awards

Established in 2006 under the auspices of the Central Florida Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), and the YaYa Network, the Beacon Awards quickly became the premiere annual event for recognizing the impact and importance of diversity in the Central Florida workplace.

The Beacon Awards was an event that was held every year. From the minds of key thought leaders, The Beacon Networked was created to further Diversity & Inclusion promotion to the Central Florida community.

The Beacon Awards are occurred from 2006-2010. On this page you will be able to view the award winners from each year. The Beacon Awards have been adopted into a segment of the Annual Champions of Change Luncheon.
